How long will it take for my order to ship?

Physical products only

United States
Orders are carefully processed and typically ship within 5–7 business days.

Canada
Orders typically ship within 10–15 business days, depending on destination.

International
International orders typically ship within 10–30 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow a short processing period before tracking information becomes active.

Do you offer digital products?

Yes. DopeArtPlug offers digital artwork and printable downloads.

Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via a secure download link. No physical item will be shipped for digital orders.

What is your return policy?

Physical products

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied with your physical order, items may be returned unused and undamaged within 30 days of delivery. Once the return is received and reviewed, a refund will be issued.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Pre-paid return labels are not provided

Are digital purchases refundable?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, we’re happy to assist and ensure you receive your purchase without issue.

Replacements

If you receive an incorrect item or size, please contact us at wilford@dopeartplug.com with clear photos of the product received. A replacement will be arranged promptly at no additional cost.
